Daily Biobasics : Daily Biobasics: natural basics for everyday life according to Christian OPITZ, biochemist, physicist and doctor of political science

What is Daily BioBasics?

Our partner’s flagship product, this nutritional bombshell, which has no equivalent on the supplement market, in terms of quality, effects and cost, still has many years to go on the food supplement podium, with such a complete spectrum and such a simple, self-explanatory name.

Scientist Christian Opitz* gives us a full description.

Daily BioBasics is a dietary supplement containing high-quality natural ingredients. It provides the body with all the vitamins, enzymes, minerals, trace elements, plant extracts, essential fatty acids and fibre it needs for optimum health, and supports detoxification of the body. The wide range of vital substances and their ease of assimilation make Daily BioBasics a product whose effects surpass all current food supplements and can provide invaluable support for exceptional health and vitality.

The problem of a lack of vital substances

Today, the human need for essential nutrients such as vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants and minerals has increased significantly.

Environmental pollution, electromagnetism, stress, passive smoking, high mental or physical performance demands and many other factors require a higher intake of nutrients than can be absorbed with a normal diet.

At the same time, we are seeing a reduction in vital substances in many foods. Oranges, apples, spinach and other fruit and vegetables bought in shops often contain 60% to 70% less vitamin C than they did 40 years ago. This is the result of decades of intensive farming and soil impoverishment.

A predominantly organic diet is therefore desirable, but still not sufficient. I’ve given thousands of people advice on dietetics and found that even with a perfectly balanced diet (which few people do over the long term), the need for vital substances is not fully covered. And even less is covered by the occasional consumption of coffee, tea, alcohol, sweets or other fast foods.

The limits of traditional food supplements

Because of the problems described above, we will find a wide range of food supplements on the market, which can be divided into 2 groups:

Products based on vitamins, minerals or other synthetic substances (isolated)
Natural food concentrates such as barley juice, spirulina, aloe vera, etc.

Products in the first group are very limited in their effect, because no vital substance in the body functions without the help of secondary plant compounds. If you give isolated vitamin C to a person with a deficiency, they will feel no change. However, the symptoms will generally disappear immediately with the consumption of citrus fruit. Vitamin C alone requires 22 co-factors that are not included in synthetic vitamin supplements.

Concentrated food supplements are more effective. However, these products are not able to cover our range of nutrient needs and are therefore limited to specific effects.

Daily BioBasics provides the body with all the vitamins, enzymes, minerals, trace elements, fibre and other essential factors that promote good health in optimal proportions. Daily BioBasics contains 35 fruits and vegetables, 20 different plants and 9 ingredients for colon cleansing, as well as probiotic cultures to reconstitute the intestinal flora.

Daily BioBasics, the best source of vital substances

In Daily BioBasics, nutrients and co-factors are combined in a natural alliance for optimum effect.

Daily BioBasics contains an ideal selection of vital substances, in a concentration that would be impossible to achieve with a normal diet:

  • Antioxidants in an ideal ratio. Antioxidants are extremely important for neutralising the free radicals caused by stress, smoking, alcohol, pollution, etc.
  • Psyllium (linseed) and other important intestinal cleansers.
  • Probiotic cultures with L. Salivarius, L.
  • Acidophilus, L. Bulgaricus, L. Bifidus to maintain a healthy intestinal flora.
  • The combination of PhytoZyme® and plant enzyme extracts ensures maximum assimilation of the vital substances contained in Daily BioBasics.
  • The minerals and secondary plant compounds
  • rid the body of acidosis without the need to draw on bone and connective tissue reserves.

Why is Daily BioBasics effective?

Daily BioBasics contains 35 fruits and vegetables, 20 plants, minerals, psyllium, secondary plant substances, enzymes and probiotic cultures.

A daily dose of Daily BioBasics contains :

  • As much vitamin C as 5 medium-sized oranges.
  • As much vitamin A as 600g of carrots or 1.8 kg of broccoli.
  • As much vitamin E as 2.2 kg of almonds.
  • As much Niacin as 8 mangoes or 1.8 kg of chickpeas.
  • As much zinc as 1,000 pumpkin seeds.
  • As much folic acid as 3 kg of strawberries.

To get the equivalent of vital substances in a box of Daily BioBasics,
you’d need to spend around €700 on fruit and vegetables a month.

What’s special about Daily BioBasics is that the nutrients actually reach the body’s cells. This is achieved thanks to the PhytoZyme® base, a patented formula made from special plants, phytonutrients, co-factors and plant enzymes, which enhance its bioavailability. This unique blend includes more than forty fruits, vegetables and plants, which work together synergistically to help assimilate the active ingredients in our products.

Many consumers who have already tried various natural supplements say that, for the first time, they felt that their body was really being nourished with all these essential nutrients.

Intestinal regeneration

Grâce à un procédé spécial, qui a pour effet d’augmenter considérablement sa capacité à éliminer les Thanks to a special process, which considerably increases its capacity to eliminate toxins in the digestive system,

the surface area of Daily BioBasics psyllium is much larger than that of ordinary psylliums.
than that of ordinary psylliums.

The combination of probiotic cultures, herbs and psyllium in Daily BioBasics, consumed daily, regenerates the intestinal flora to optimum effect.

I’ve never found a product that simultaneously provides the body with all the essential nutrients and cleanses the colon. Based on my own experience, I can highly recommend Daily BioBasics.

Additional info on vieÔmieux

Daily BioBasics powder is taken in a 60cc scoop. Ideally, you need 2 scoops a day, if possible in the morning on an empty stomach (compulsory if you are on a metabolic cure) and half an hour after taking allopathic medication (e.g. levothyrox) on an empty stomach. If you usually take medication or other food supplements at breakfast (MSM, Omega-3, etc.), wait a little until the effect of the psyllium in Daily Biobasics has worn off (about 10/15 minutes).
During the start-up phase and depending on your organism, we recommend starting with a teaspoon, or even half a teaspoon for those with intestinal problems, to get used to it. During the metabolic cure, the 2 pods are compulsory.
It’s up to you to decide whether you can reduce to one scoop, if you take it daily throughout the year and according to your individual deficiencies. It’s up to you to decide what you need.
Daily BioBasics has a very plant-based taste. The shaker supplied with the product allows you to mix it sufficiently in a glass of 24 to 36 cl of water, which is roughly equivalent to more than a quarter of a litre. However, we’ve found that mixing the powder in a blender-type electric shaker for around 10 seconds makes it smoother and more velvety, and makes the grainy texture disappear.
Don’t forget to drink as much water as possible within the hour. In principle, this should be done naturally, as Daily BioBasics makes you thirsty.

For the anti-powder crowd, there’s a capsule version (Daily BioBasics Veggie Caps) with virtually the same characteristics. You just can’t taste the plant flavour when you swallow them. Worth a try!

For those in the know: TVM Plus tablets are similar to Daily BioBasics, but don’t contain as many fruit, vegetable and other plant extracts. Above all, it contains no psyllium, prebiotics or probiotics.
It remains an alternative that can be financially interesting, but we still recommend adding Biotic Blast (probiotics) and blond psyllium (found in organic shops) for good synergistic effectiveness and the total cost is no longer as cost-effective.

*Christian Opitz was born in Berlin in 1970. He studied biochemistry and physics at primary school for gifted children. At the age of 13, he was diagnosed with incipient spondylosis with no hope of recovery. Thanks to martial arts exercises to strengthen his vital energy and a change to a vegetarian diet based on raw foods, he soon experienced a marked improvement and, against all expectations, a complete recovery.
Since 2018, Christian Opitz has been a research associate at the Institute of International Politics at HSU Hamburg.
Alongside his professional activities, Christian Opitz completed his doctoral thesis, which was awarded the 2020 Friedrich-Schiller University Dissertation Prize and was also voted best dissertation by the Institute of Political Science.
